Chris R. Leonard
CEO / NST / Manager
With over 34 years of clinical experience, Chris Leonard is a seasoned healthcare professional with deep roots in hospital-based care, patient coordination, and high-acuity team leadership. As the founder of Regal Arms LLC, Chris was driven by a vision: to bring hospital-level quality and compassion to a home-based care setting where seniors feel safe, valued, and supported.
Chris is actively involved in all aspects of operations, from caregiver training to quality assurance. He ensures Regal Arms not only meets—but exceeds—Michigan’s Adult Foster Care standards, and he maintains a deep commitment to transparency, compliance, and family communication. His leadership is grounded in one guiding principle: every resident deserves dignity, empathy, and individualized care.
Eric Jergens, RN, BSN
Manager – Certified in BLS & ACLS
Eric brings clinical precision and a strong nursing background to his role as a Manager at Regal Arms. With certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), he provides day-to-day leadership in care delivery, medication oversight, and resident health evaluations. Eric is known for his calm, steady presence and his unwavering commitment to safety and clinical excellence.
India Gordon, RN
Manager – Certified in BLS & ACLS
India offers hands-on nursing experience and compassionate care leadership as a Manager at Regal Arms. Certified in both BLS and ACLS, she plays a vital role in resident care planning, wellness monitoring, and caregiver supervision. India’s attentive, person-centered approach helps ensure each resident’s medical and emotional needs are met with professionalism and warmth.
